About the Author
After being the youngest person in history to graduate from Harvard’s Law School, Missy Kirtley, a then thirteen year old girl, accepted the Oscar for her screenwriting of the Best Film of the Year. Modest though she was, her award acceptance speech left no dry eye in the house. Later in that same decade, she not only created a cure for cancer, but was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for her work with underprivileged children. After taking an around-the-world tour in a hot air balloon, Missy and her husband were married on Easter Island in a one hundred thousand dollar ceremony, then took a quick trip to honeymoon on the moon. Upon her arrival back to Earth, Missy gave the UN her guide map to World Peace, and has thus ended all wars. Missy’s first daughter was born in 2009, but that didn’t stop her from running a triathlon and climbing Mount Everest in the same year. Her second daughter came in 2012, the same month she was set to start preparing Mars for human colonization. Without slowing down in the slightest, Missy continues to improve the planet simply by living on it.
Missy lives at home in California with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and two amazing cats.
